As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll be responsible for managing recruitment processes end-to-end, building networks, and ensuring that the company attracts and retains the best talent in the industry. This role will give you the opportunity to work on niche hiring, employer branding, and recruitment strategy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What This Role Entails:

  • Recruit for niche and high-priority roles within the organization.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
  • Liaise with external vendors to support recruitment needs.
  • Research and choose job advertising options to reach the right talent pool.
  • Advise hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques.
  • Recommend ways to strengthen the employer brand and attract top candidates.
  • Coordinate with leadership to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Implement recruitment best practices across the organization.
  • Build and expand the company’s professional network through HR professionals, colleagues, and other partners.
  • Leverage personal branding and marketing via LinkedIn and other channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong knowledge of interviewing, candidate screening, and evaluation processes (both phone and in-person).
  • Familiarity with social media and professional networks (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • MBA in HR or Bachelor’s/Master’s in Organizational Psychology.
  • (Preferred) Experience in hiring technology and analytics talent.
